Legendary music producer Phil Spector was described as a “demonic maniac” by a prosecutor yesterday at his retrial for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson. According to billboard.com, Deputy District Attorney Truc Do also said, in her closing argument, that “this case is about a man who has had a history of playing Russian roulette with the lives of women. Five women got the empty chamber. Lana got the sixth bullet.” Doron Weinberg, the defense attorney representing Spector, was expected to give his closing argument today.
