A novelty. Some notable skills. Perhaps later.
To me Gosling’s voice and band’s sound is a cross between Jim Morrison, Elvis and Pink Floyd. I’m not a music expert, but their sound is interesting and fun, and of course, Gosling has lots of star power and looks, so why couldn’t he make a go out of a music career? Would hate to see him forget acting altogether. He’s talented.
Mr. Gosling is a brilliant musician and amazing vocal talent! I cant wait 4 the album x
the first thing i noticed about ryan’s voice was ‘surprising’.
I love the sound and style of this music. Well done to Ryan and Zach in creating an original sound. I hope they can retain this in the recording of an album.
i this this is absolutly amazing!its greatly original and i think if u dont like this u have seirios bad taste in music. i dont think he has a voise like zach condon its way more rough. its new age and really cool and indie. i love how they incorperate kids too! luv u ryan im really exited for the album!
I have never ever ever ever commented on one of this reply posts before, but some of these comments are so stupid and ridiculous that i had to put my 2 cents in. First off, this sounds like the black heart procession or liars. this sounds absolutely nothing, NOTHING, like beirut or the arcade fire. Who cares if he was an actor. Its a different art, and has no relavance to his music.
for a sort of hip hop version of this thing, google “Return to El Guante’s Haunted Studio Apartment”… A lot of fun wiht similar themes in a hip hop context. lots of spooky sound records and weird movies being sampled for a wonderful halloween aesthetic.
wow. surprisingly good! I liked it.
definitely scary good
