I’d be happy enough just to have a cd of original music from jason–then again I would also be really happy if he, like, managed to sell a millions cds–I just like to imagine the scenario of the Idol “powers-that-be” choking over that fact.
I am so stoked! I have been waiting……thankfully not holding my breath…….so long for this wonderful news. Jason was the first Idol I ever voted for or even cared anything about and that feeling has continued long after he has left the Idol stage. Hallelujah and hugs all around!
I cannot wait for the Jason CD. His music is wonderful, and there is a greatness in the fact that he totally “got” the nonsense of the Idol machine. Oh, lo, am I happy for him!
FAbulous!!!! I will be buying this cd day 1 (I’m out to buy Elliotts second album today…Horray for Idol castoffs).
The way the show treated Jason Castro broke my idol addiction for good, so I’m glad to hear he’s moving on. Go Jason!!!!
OMG….I CAN’T WAIT!!!! I will buy his cd. Jason is my favorite idol ever.
I have to say Jason is ONE of my favorite American Idol. I also love Daughtry, Pickler, Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkston. I have all of their cd’s.
I think Jason Castro was last year’s Kris Allen performance wise; obviously just a little ahead of his time, and if Kris gets a record deal(the fact that he’s this years idol not withstanding) than Jason Castro certanly should as well.
This is the most exciting news – thank you for your article. The only thing I will love right now is a front cover of Jason’s face on your magazine along with a full interview in your magazine. We need more coverage of this talented artist!
