I’ve already said my piece on "3 A.M.," Eminem’s return to over-the-top nastiness. (Mostly a good thing! For me, at least.) As for the video, which debuted this weekend on Cinemax, well…let’s just say it runs with the horrorcore theme of Em’s lyrics. Okay, I’ll be a little more specific: There’s a ton of fake blood, actors pretending to be corpses, Eminem stalking the halls of a hospital like a lunatic, and the like.
