If Lily Allen could sing I’d be more prepared to accept it when she criticises (not “critiques”) Susan Boyle.
The lady started her semi-final song poorly, but went on to finish strongly and top the public vote.
Shaheen is a nice lad, but was all over the place in the semi-final which was reflected in his failure to beat a one-trick act like Stavros Flatley in the voting.
I hope Susan Boyle pulls it off, purely for the feel-good factor. She is to the current depression what Seabiscuit was to the 1930s one.
This no talent turd has had every single thing in her life handed to her!

I would actually pay lily allen to move to america, no one knows who the hell she is there, but the women who she seems to think has little talent is world wide! its funny how lily is always right about the hit singles, maybe she should help simon cowell out….

One day Lily Allen will grow up, and when she does she will squirm and cringe with shame at having made these nasty, spiteful, gratuitous remarks about a woman who has done her no harm and has been dealt a far less favourable hand in life than she has.
to hr100, Please you keep Susan Boyle, we Americans have enough so-so decent singers who are actually much prettier and easier on the eyes so what do we need another one who is very diffcult to look at.
Shame on you. The stunning thing about Susan is that people made their early judgments about her before she sang…when she dd sing hey suddenly were struck with a huge realization-you don’t have to match pop cultures idea of beauty to be really beautiful. When you grow up you’ll realize that.
i dont know why people are so much against Lily Allen. Yes, I also think that Susan Boyle is over rated but thats just my opinion. Not that anybody really cares anyway.
It’s Lily Allen who is overrated. Her arrogance–without the talent to back it up–is very tiresome, and her overall attitude makes me wonder why she bothers to continue her singing career at all (oh, yes—the money).
Lily Allen, after reading your comments on Susan Boyle I went to your site and watched some of your music videos. To say that you are off the beaten track and quite unusual in your own right might be putting it mildly. Susan Boyle strikes me as “unusual” by the narrow standards that society exhibits all too often. So why do you disparage this woman? From what I see in your twitter page you appeal mainly to disenfranchised misfits. Nothing wrong with misfits, but probably nothing close to the millions who have been moved to tears by Susan Boyle. You may understand when I say I place about as much creedence in your comments as I would in any second rate diva who complains about not having the spotlight shining on her.

Lily Allen would be F**k all without her daddy’s influence. Trashy, crappy music sung by someone who can barely string a sentence together.
Take away Allen’s music and what have you got? A weak, mockney voice.

Lilly Allen can sing and hasn’t done anything wrong. she was only giving her opinion after all. nothing wrong with that right. besides I am getting rather tired of hearing about Susan Boyle. They should leave the young lady alone and let her get on with her singing. let Susan boyle be Susan Boyle.
Lilly-who I had never heard of until today- and Adam Lambert, remind me of the middle school kid who keeps goofin off because no one is paying any attention to them. Shame on the both of you and I am confident given the opportunity Susan would not do the same to either of them. I’ve decided to go tomorrow and buy 10 of Susan Boyle’s CD.
she is totally over rated, she can sing but she is nothing special at all. just because she is ugly and it was a shock that she wasnt a complete freak when she opened her mouth. I have heard so many singers, unsigned with alot more vocal talent and on top of that they are more attractive, if that is what counts for you! she is over rated waste of time, she is more suited to an amature musical theatre group! shes a lucky mi fo!
