I agree with “Uzi”….what nerve this takes. Maybe it is part of Mel’s “contractural obligations”! His poor family.

Well at least now no one will pretend Octomom is a deserving of fame in her own right. Mel obviously had to invent some lame excuse for the affair. He wasn’t considering what would happen when we actually heard the music. You can see why with all her socializing skills, she wasn’t able to wangle a career as a studio musician.
I think the song is beautiful and haunting. It is clear there are a lot of Mel Gibson haters in these posts. If the song was by someone else, they might appreciate it, but because of their contempt and loathng for Mel Gibson, they can’t appreciate the song. Chris Lindsay http://www.cryjustice.com
I love the song and find it beautiful and haunting. If people on this page didn’t have such hatred and contempt for Mel Gibson, they might appreciate it. They need to judge the art, not the artist.

Love the song and find it beautiful and haunting. How on earth did this talent go undiscovered for so long. The release coinciding with banging…I mean her relationship with Mel is just a happy coincidence. It’s not like there’s a lot of competition out there, or that she does sh-it like this all the time so she doesn’t have to work. All of u that disagree are just a bunch of ha8ers.

Wow people. What is going on? Mel didn’t kill anyone. He has some wrong and arrogant attitudes but there is no reason to hate him. I think the song has some feeling and beauty in it and what a nice change that is! Take it easy my Darlings!
Maybe you need to take it easy Lucy, people seem to be having a lot of fun with this. And it’s actually not just bc of Mel this time. It’s bc people genuinely find the singing kind of awful, plus she’s kind of creepy, like Octomom the original, only more unnatural. Sheeesh some people are such spoil sports when it comes to differences of opinion.
her voice is … well, is that a lisp I hear? I think she can play piano but the mix is wrong so it’s hard to tell. the lyrics are truly haunting … someone has a badly broken heart that will not mend & needs to tell the world about it. Whoever ‘say my name’ is really about … I think Mel could find an easier way to get over the barb that remains in his heart. I don’t think the record has a chance … not enough talent to over come the bad news in their private lives … oh wait, what am I talking about? this is a country that watches ‘kate plus 8′ and ozzie ozburn slobbering in his dementia … who knows that will click and what won’t. i won’t buy it because as an over all product it tanks. the lyrics might have done very well if sung by a good blues artist
