I already have all of these on my iPod, except for Adam Lambert’s “No Boundaries.” I love them, and all of the others that I have. They each carry their own memories. I can’t wait to see them all on tour next month!

I’ve already bought this CD from Walmart and enjoy it thoroughly. This was such a talented group that I enjoy all their performances. I’ll enjoy listening to the music on the 4 hour drive to Dallas for the Idols Live concert. That and the Adam Lambert top performances CD from Itunes download.

Seeing how Matt was my favorite this season I think MJ’s Human Nature is a great pick. Although I must say I loved ALL of his studio recorded songs-they were awesome! You couldn’t go wrong with any of them.

So I hope they release all the top 36 performances and studio versions in CD copy, and put them back on itunes!!! And same for Season 7, because that was the most talented group ever!!! LOVE DAVID COOK!!! David Archie, Brooke, Jason, Michael, Ramiele, Amanda, Carly, Chikezie, Syesha, David H!!!

For those questioning the song list…..You must remember that all of the songs to be sung and sold on this CD have to have “rights and royalties permissions” from the songwriter, sometimes the original singer and Labels who own the rights. Some will ask for high dollar compensation for the use of their materials. It is not that the AI CD can just use any song they choose! There are “legal rights” they have to be met.
This does affect which songs that the producers of the American Idol Season 8 CD have chosen. I am sure there would be a few better song selections if they had received the proper “permissions” to allow the recordings.

Dang Spider whats up your butt? Liz is right you know, and so are you. This is an Idol site so therefore must of us do talk about them, but you are right too, it is an ew forum and therefore you also have the right to talk about whatever group you want. Duran Duran is a fantastic band I must admit. They sound as good today as they did back in the day. My mom rocked to this group and she has about every album they put out. So Rock on with that! Now to Vada, are you jealous of Adam’s fame? I hope not, does it really matter who outsells who on itunes? Each fan has the right to love and listen to who they want. I didn’t know it was a contest. Hell on AI even Kris and Adam both said they did not compete with each other, but treated it as a platform. And they competed with themselves. Idol is over, that was a contest persay, this itunes is not. Just love who you want without making it more than what it is.
