I hate Charice.. even though she was nice and talented.. i’m so bored for her voiced.. she always sing mellow songs.. and I don’t think she will be a Pop Music Star if she doesn’t dance with her songs.. like BoA.. i was very impressive for BoA because she has a great voice with a powerful dance skills.. she can also compose her own songs.. rather than Charice.. she always sings old mellow songs and revived them and doesn’t want to compose anything on her own.. she just keep waiting to received an old song to sing it.. so that’s why i hate OPM.. it’s always revived songs.. it was so painful to hear it again and again.. so what’s the point of Original Pinoy Music (OPM) if the song doesn’t belong to them.. take note, i’m a Filipino..
It’s a matter of taste. A great many like Charice’s voice and songs. And take note – she is composing now – just wait. Your BoA’s problem is her English which is one reason she didn’t make it and why many Asians don’t make it.
No offence but the WonderGirls have no chance. What makes them think they can conquer US when they haven’t even conquered Asia yet. Boa and Utada are really our best hope at the moment other then Charice Pempengco which is a whole another story lol. Seeing the looks of it Boa might just pull it off. Her latest MV Energetic is crazy sick. I am sorry but WonderGirls aren’t even close to her level.
If the WonderGirls really want to make it they need to separate themselves from the pack.
From the sounds of this article that doesn’t appear to be the case. The song is catchy but nothing really all the special. Not to mention if a boy band can’t make it here. What makes them think a Girl band Can? Only girl group currently that have managed to survive is the PussyCat Dolls and WonderGirls at least not yet have even to match their level.
ok, first i really hope the best for wondergirls….i dont really like their song as much, but i do hope the best cause if they broke through americas racial barrier and hit big, many other great korean and other asian groups could hit big…and then we have a better chance to see their concerts.
but also filipinos that i know always yell at me and say “we filipinoes are F’N PACIFIC ISLANDERS!!!” So im goin with wat they say and say they are pacific islanders…which technicaly, they are in that category.
Filipinos who say they are Pacific Islanders should first do their research. The Philippines has always been considered part of Asia. What makes it distinct is the Spanish and American influence through approx 300 years of Spanish and 50 years of U.S. colonization.
waw Wonder Girls amazing, why many people judge that they not have talent n singing live, if so, why they can enter to hot 100, they are so good…………….
go wonder girls keep fighting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
