The show must go on, say organizers of this weekend’s BET Awards, which now will be dedicated to the memory of Michael Jackson, who died earlier this week at age 50.

there will always be an empty void where michael jackson once stood in the music industry. there has never has been a more influential & talanted person to have ever walked this earth. he will be missed eternally but his soul will love on through his music forever. just continue believing in his legacy by living out your dreams.

This has been one of the most devastating things in my life. I loved Michael Jackson, and he will be missed greatly. I hope everyone just remember his truimphs, his success, the joy he has given and left us, his dynamic performance, and not his unproven defeats. As his song states “I’ll Be There”, I may not be able to be at the Bet Awards in person, but I’ll Be There” in front of the tv, and in spirit. RIP Michael, you are safe, and loved now and forever more, and no more sadness and lonliness will befall you in life.
This will be an emotional night. I hope they do him proud.
