Even the people dissing him have to admit – he did make an impact – at first thought those that said “well he had a bad childhood” were whacked but there is a reason he got so screwed up – so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt……..can’t deny his music was special.

It was not MJ that called himself the King of Pop; Elizabeth Taylor first used it and it just took off. No matter what, he will always be the King of Music Videos! Before MJ, artists just sang in front of a camera (think ‘Rock with You’). Michael thought, ‘Hey, why not mini-movies’?’ and that was that. If you look at the Jacksons video ‘Can You Feel It’, you can see the the beginning. The effects in the video overpower the music at times but the seed had been planted. It is a shame that MTV would not play it at that time.

These covers look great, but there’s a problem that should be addressed.
If you look at past EW covers with MJ on them, the titles go as follows:
-Can You Believe This Guy? (2/93)
-Can This Career Be Saved? (9/93)
-Now What? even fans are deserting him (12/93)
-Hollywoods Biggest Gamble (1/95)
-Is He History? (6/95)
-Are You Ready for Jacko? king is back and as wacko as ever (9/01)
If only EW showed him respect when he was living.

I was disappointed with the way Entertainment Magazine graded Michael’s albums. They gave his last album a C. What the hell were they thinking? The last album had the most heartfelt lyrics. I think they should all clean their ears until they bleed.
