Whitney, God bless you girl. Keep the faith. This song is ok, but better will come. Just give it some time.
As always I was listening to Radio Metro yesterday afternoon and this song came on the radio..I immediately asked: ‘Isnt that Whitney Houston?’ I turned up the volume and all i can say..’AWESOME’
miss whitney …glad to have you back …in the spirit ..world ..God is good ,can “t wait to hear from you ..I will always love you …
I do like it. It may be slow for today, but her voice carries it.
I like it. It is slow and not “catchy” for today’s radio, but her voice carries it.
I like this song! And what’s wrong with slow melody? 80% of music on my ipod is slow. And I think I’m not totally alone in my preferences.
Good sound, catchy melody, will be perfect for radio! I don’t like the album cover thought.
This is a great song coming from Whitney Houston. Her voice may not be the same as it was many years ago but who cares, neither is Mariah’s but she is still selling records. She is damn near 50, had issues in the past with smoking so no her voice is not going to just be A1. She is and will always be a diva no matter what. Plus, she got enough money to buy and sell everyone in this blog so GET OVER IT!
Ouch! Easy people. Whitney is and always will be a great vocalist. While the song as a package may not be that great, the message is a great one. Hooray for Whitney! I don’t think this will be a smash hit…hopefully there are more promising songs on the album…but way to go Whitney!!
I think you only get to understand this song if you relate to it; I’ve been through alot and I can relate to what she’s saying.
