hi all, i don’t follow Billboard that much, so could someone please tell the difference between the Mainstream Top 40 and the Hot 100?? it seems to me that there really wouldn’t be a difference, but i guess there is somehow…..
Avril Lavigne has only has one #1 Hot 100 hit, “Girlfriend” from 2007.
Sorry, I missed what chart this was from. But I don’t think the “mainstream top 40 chart” should ever officially count for #1 hits or anything else. It’s a supplemental chart for the Hot 100.
Wrong chart guys, should be using the Hot 100 from Billboard. Her songs are catchy but her persona is disgusting.
The most annoying thing about Lady Ga Ga is not her music nor her “look.” It’s the fact that she’s an Upper Westsider. She can take all these risks because she already has money to fall back on (I know I’m just jealous). The second thing I find most annoying is her stage name: Lady Ga Ga. Makes me want to gag.
Who cares about the music? I would watch this lady change baby diapers! What ass cakes!
don’t turn around was a b-side off of break every rule for tina and her more pop/rock version was SOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than ace of base
I agree with Matt. The only chart that really counts, singles-wise, is the Billboard Hot 100. I know in today’s age of albums featuring #1s (Elvis, Mariah, etc.) there’s been a lot of pulling from this chart or that one, but musicheads know the Hot 100 is the single measure. That said, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Lady Gaga’s “LoveGame” hit #1 on that chart soon.
Tokio Hotel did, but that was Germany and not the Billboard charts. lolololol
GAGA’S ENTIRE ALBUM CONSISTS OF RADIO HITS
THAT WILL NO DOUBT TOP THE CHARTS.. IN OTHER
WORDS, WE AINT SEEN S%^ YET..BRACE OURSELVES..
Avril is a way better singer and has a much better message in her songs then LG. Plus look at LGs image, does anyone else remember Christina’s “Dirty”, hullo, we all know were LG’s going
EVERYTIME THAT I SEE LADY GAGA…
I FEEL NAUSEOUS…
SHE’S LADY AGGGGGAGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!
Avril Lavigne and Lady Gaga are the same person! Has anyone seen them on stage at the same time? This is Biggest entertainment conspiracy since Andy Kaufmann and Tony Clifton!
