Reality Check you are right when you said there are many types of the kind of people you mentioned “who did not take the path down life that he did.” Nobody will top him likely ever. Unless you were in his bedroom-you don’t know what the FACTS are. And look up “sociopath” & “asexual” before you use terms you obviously don’t understand. Looks like you’re a gossip reader for the gossip alone-you latched on and ran with it. If you think Michael Jackson had the power to silence the public-maybe you think more highly of him than even you thought.
this man was an incredible humanitarian. when he had this horrid accident he was given $3 million dollars from Pepsi and instead of keeping the money he CHOSE to give it to charity – a burn unit. This was mentioned on the news in my country when this video clip had surfaced.
Mia i really think you need to get your facts straight and stop reading gossip media. Michael Jackson did not lighten his skin. Due to his skin condition lupus and vitiligo it stripped his skin pigment and due to that suffered from blotching. Make artists had to cover most of his body to give him an even skin tone that would match the pigmentation of his skin he had at the time. Years past and his skin condition worsened that he had to take medication to even out his skin tone but this meant that he would appear much lighter. If you look at Michael Jackson choice of costumes on stage over the years and the fact that he never goes out without an umbrella, as well as being almost completely covered you will see that.
man i can’t believe just how stupid some of these comments are! Michael as a child molester? my goodness don’t you follow facts at ALL! the man was aquitted, he was judged by the court as NOT GUILTY of all charges! One of the charges in particular was straight out about getting money from a celebrity. Just because he liked children does NOT mean he acted inappropriately with children. People really need to follow the facts, actual video testimonials not stupid media dribble and gossip. I would have thought I think its wrong that ppl make him to be a god-like man because he was just a man, he wasn’t perfect (he makes mistakes) no body on this earth is. There are certainly things that i rather did not like about Michael Jackson, like the fact that he bought the rights to some of the Beatles songs. Michael Jackson was not a saint and he shouldnt be treated as one BUT he should be respected and acknowledged for his remarkable contribution to popular culture and the humanitarian sector
Does anybody think that Pepsi is trying to avoid not only a further tanishing of it’s gd image but also further litigation by the Jackson family? It’s obvious that proper safety precautions were not taken at the shoot of Michael at that Pepsi commecial. Why was there no one nearby with a fire extinguisher to handle such an awful thing as happened to Michael. Why did he have to wait so long before someone noticed his hair was on fire. He ran down stairs giving more oxyden to the flames. Someone should have been right near him to help him in case something like this happened. It’s so damned sad. I can’t get the picture out of my head of his head with skin gone and his head burned. The pain he must has suffered, Do you know when someone has a burn like that the skin on top is dead. They have to literally scrap it away. Nurses have to numb themselves to the screams of these patients. They can’t give them enough painkiller to take away all the pain. If they did it would kill them.
To “T Norene” – Really, you saw the video when after it happened? Wow – then you must be really special because it was only just released after 25 years. You saw A video, not this particular one.
MJ Unit and Reality Check – you are 2 major d*uchebags of the highest order. You should both seek professional help before you inflict any more damage on yourselves and society, you nasty sickos.
I’m the sicko? LMAO! I chose my words carefully. It’s the idol-worshippers such as you that need psychiatric help. Your decision to gloss over all his obvious faults only proves my point. Btw I know the dictionary well. Sociopath- someone who thinks they’re above social norms/law, a deviant/misfit. Asexual- having no sexual desires whatsoever. I’ll suspend my disbelief that so many rare medical conditions afflicted this one individual such as to excuse his odd behaviour. He bleached his skin & claimed to have fathered white offspring due to vitiligo? WTF? Based on the unadulterated footage of him & his own words alone- one can come to their own conclusions that he was indeed sociopathic & unnaturally fixated with prepubescent boys. What 50-year-old man readily admits without any sign of shame or remorse that he delights in sleeping in the same bed as stranger’s children & feeding them uncontrolled substances? That’s the epitome of sicko right there. Sorry if the truth offends you. NOT!
you must be talking about your pastor at your hypocritical protestant church… those churches are filled with a bunch of hypocrite perverts that need to be sent to hell…
Usually those that point fingers are really screwed up, I know what you are but what am I…?
Mike grew up in America, a nation that has a percentage of population that promotes racism both within and outside of its national borders. If he had remained black, Mike would never have been as successful as he became. He wanted to fit in, and if you are not white, it is hard to be seen for the nature of your character, because if you are not white, no one really cares about your opinions, unless you defend yourself with the same medicine, then white people cry reverse discrimination all day!
It was horrendous and I can’t understand why MJ didn’t own Pepsi after that. I watched the footage on tv, I now understand how badly he was injured and feel bad about any jokes I might have made about it because his pain must have been unbelievable.
If it was shown earlier than maybe people would have been more “soft” on Michael, lots of people either believed that 1. it wasnt true or 2. that it wasn’t that serious. Did you know that there was a lighter that was in the shape of MJ’s hair burning. If people knew it was truly serious maybe people would have been more easy on him.
Even to this day people are happy to see a black person being burned, it reminds them of lynching Negroes…Mike grew up in America, a nation that has a percentage of population that promotes racism both within and outside of its national borders.
