Fruit Bats, 'The Ruminant Band': An exclusive full album stream!

Fruit-Bats_lWe like fruit bats (they don’t eat people! Yay!), but we really like the Fruit Bats, the lovely folk-pop outfit behind, as you may recall, one of our favorite rainy-day songs of all time.

Now, the Seattle-via-Chicago fivesome are releasing their fourth album, The Ruminant Band, on Sub Pop this August 4,though you can get a full stream of the album starting today, exclusively on the Music Mix.

So grab a pitcher of lemonade (and perhaps a boozy mixer), and find a sunny patch; these are songs for summertime:
