A simple apology with no “buts”, indicating that it’s only a half apology? A promise to behave himself in the future? Any sort of indication that he will try to learn some kind of self-control? It wouldn’t be so bad if he didn’t have a history of this kind of d*ckishness. But I agree with Kris, he’s behaving like a spoiled brat, as are the blind fans who support his every idiotic move and have such low standards for his behavior. I have to say, I mostly like his music, but I can’t stand the man.

For Taylor this was a career milestone. He has no right to ruin another person’s moment like that. To him, he’s won enough awards and gone through enough VMAs that it’s no big deal for him to just traipse into someone’s speech and, stealing their time shine and making it all about him (even though he’s already had plenty of moments to shine). But to her, it was a big deal. And he didn’t give a crap. And on top of all that, he embarrassed Beyonce. She responded with class, though, as always.
Words can’t take back what he did. Especially these words. He is a grown man. I don’t care how “real” he claims to be…you can be real and polite at the same time. He needs to learn how to control his impulses.

Not impressed. And I used to like some of his work. But to do that right when she was making her acceptance speech, her first VMA award! Now that was just downright mean. If he wanted to make that comment, he could have waited until later when she was performing, so at least she could have had her moment. I have to agree with many others. What a jerk. And I used to listen to his music. Not anymore.
