Miranda Lambert may be a blonde who sings country music, but I wouldn’t try grouping the gun-loving Texan in with her fellow fairly-follicled females — her spitfire style demands a category of its own. (Also, she might shoot you.) Here’s what’s great about her upcoming third album, Revolution, out Sept. 29: the “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” singer has toned down the fury and upped the maturity with grown-up, thoughtful tunes like “Love Song,” which she wrote with Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood. Speaking of, look! Down there! It’s Miranda Lambert singing “Love Song,” exclusively for you, Mixers! Check it out after the jump, and let us know in the comments what you think of our little Lambert, all growed up.

What a nice song! Miranda seems to keep getting better and better. I also love “Dead Flowers”. I’m really looking forward to the new album now!
standard Nashville mush. I can’t believe it took 4 people to write it.
I absolutely adore Miranda Lambert and I can’t wait for her upcoming CD!! I think this song is beautiful and I’m dying to hear the studio version.
Love love love her. Can’t wait to buy the album.
It’s not bad but I’ve heard way better from Miranda. I do agree with the person who said it’s surprising it took 4 people to write this. There’s definitely better songs on Revolution.
Love it. Can’t wait for the Ryman show on Thursday!
Amazing Song by Miranda. She’s definitely all grown up and the new album I do believe is her best so far
Is she still with Blake Shelton, or did they break up?
Last I checked, they were still together.
Awesome!! She just gets better!!
Miranda simply rocks! Her new cd is excellent….been living with it for a couple of weeks.
its honest, sweet and right to my heart..love this love song …love it
This is a terrific song. Miranda could sing from the TV Guide and make it sound beautiful.
I love Miranda and her music. This song was pretty, but I agree with the person that said it was unbelievable that it took 4 people to write this song. Not bad, but I wasn’t loving it as much as some of her other stuff.
Miranda is by far the best singer in country music today and always has been !!!!!! I love that girl !!!
She’s CHUNKY but can carry a tune.
Typical remark from someone whose only experience with women is in the center of a girlie magazine.
