Days after footage of vintage Lady Gaga, all brunette and be-pantsed, bum-rushed the internet, an eight-year-old Katy Perry clip has now popped up on YouTube, showing her in the days when she was a Christian artist known by her given name, Katy Hudson.
Check out the 16-year-old Perry below in her pre pop-pinup days, looking like a baby Juliana Hatfield in blond pigtails and singing songs of teenage angst, below:

I’m not normally into the Christian rock thing, but that was actually pretty good.
And she looks a lot cuter as a blonde too.
i kind of like it. not bad at all, to be honest. not sure how well she’d do with this type of music since the main stream music would rather not hear this kind of music, but i wouldn’t be opposed to her going back this style of music.

I actally like her better like this. Too bad, her only good song as Katy Perry is I Kissed a Girl! Whenever she comes on the radio now, I change the channel. She is as obnoxious as Miley Cyrus.
