Oh Crispy as in Krispy Cremes aka Kris Allen’s frauen fanbase. Oh how sad too bad Kris is not winning the rise to the top in CD sales. His cheesy single is a rip off word for word note for note of the Scripts version. Rickey melted down about how bad the 4 songs he heard are. So what do you Krispy’s do, run around the internet dissing on Adam. Forget about it. Adam’s single will be ORIGINAL. Adam’s CD will be INCREDIBLE. So just go back into GROUP THERAPY!

I was a casual Idol fan, watching the show every year but never caring about the contestants after that. Season 8 found me turned to a puddle of goo by Adam Lamberts stunning vocals and irresistible charm. Hearing his voice makes me happy. Argue with that.
@wandalette – Likewise here. Never been a fan of anyone. Never blogged. Adam changed all that. He gives me so much happiness during AI season. Have to check out the internet daily for news about him. I’m so excited with his coming album because they are new songs for me to enjoy listening to all day!
Hi I for one am really happy that Adam has been doing so well in pre sales. My view, for what is worth, is that Adam is already a global star in the making – I am from UK & I preordered mine there in June – well done Adam!

It’s saying something when the winner Kris Allen’s album comes out the week BEFORE Adams and where is he. His first single is also tumbling down the itunes chart. What happened to kris allen fans?
Kris’ album has actually jumped 20 spots in the last day or so to #38 on Itunes.

He bombed on iTunes. Even Archuleta went to #1 on iTunes and stayed there for a week. Allen hasn’t even cracked the top 10.
I like Kris, therefore I won’t put him down just to make Adam look better. Adam doesn’t need anything or anyone to make him look better, HE JUST IS! I have listened to Kris’s new single, and while it is not my cup of tea, it isn’t all bad. But to me that is not his fault, it is TPTB behind him. Adam would never allow that to happen to him. If he did decide to do a cover song, he would make it his own just like he did on Idol. I had hoped Kris would have too, like he did with Heartless. I am so happy Adam is mature enough, and that he will stand up for what he wants. Good luck Kris but Adam, you don’t need me to say that, YOU ARE LUCK!

I love Adam, have pre-ordered multiple copies, have bought everything that I can find related to him and will continue as a fan forever. I could care less what anyone else in the world thinks and I think we need to forget about AI. Adam will be find his path and it will lead him far beyond Idol.
That is why Adam is number two. Because his Claymates bought multiple copies. That is cheating really, and worthless, and doesn’t count so much after the first week of sales. Lil Wayne will outsell Adam I will predict.

It only took one page for the comments to deteriorate into Adam vs. Kris debacle. Did you know that Amazon #1 means about 1,000 units and if he stays #1 for three weeks…you do the math. This is based on last year’s David Cook’s sales. Yeah, all Idols cd’s have been incredible for some listeners so chill and enjoy your Idol and music in general.
Allen isn’t even in the top 100 of Amazon sales. LOL. You can try to diminish Adam’s pre-orders if you want, but it actually makes Allen look even worse in comparison. Carry on.

Sure it does. It proves that by word of mouth only, his fans are out pre-ordering his album. Without any single being promoted on the internet, or TV. Without even his record label, RCA, putting out any press. So, yeah, it proves ALOT!

I think his fans are rational in that they see how great he is, and they support him. They are objective because they have heard all the other idols and they chose Adam. I don’t think any one fan decided to become a fan just because. Now that would prove your point if it were true.
The fact that there has been NO promotion for this pre-sale and that it is available in other countries (UK, JAPAN, CANADA, GERMANY) by WORD of MOUTH ONLY and has done so WELL speaks VOLUMES of his WORLDWIDE FANBASE whereas Barbra S. has been appearing on TV, has commercials promoting her album and has been an established STAR for umpteen years … just the fact that he could even get close to her let alone surpass her at ANY given time says a WHOLE LOTTA LOVE from a WHOLE LOTTA PEOPLE!! IMO

Kevin: I am one of ADAM’S fans … and I am neither insane nor senile (just added that because of my age) and my only interest in ADAM is for his AMAZING VOICE. He has a way of making my days a little happier with his ROCK & ROLL music, while also mesmerizing me with his BALLADS. Thank goodness for my computer and Ytube … don’t watch much TV anymore. When I read all the hateful and derogatory remarks on these message boards I feel compelled to “speak up” on ADAM’S behalf. I’m not mean spirited … only protective. Thank You
