As David Archuleta might say, gosh. It is no doubt hard enough for Nick Jonas to be an internationally famous teenage rock star — how bad must it suck for him to have his mother going around leaking news? “Nick is working on a solo act — it’s called Nick Jonas and The Administration. Shhh! He’s at the photo shoot for the album cover right now,” Denise Jonas told Parade.com. Way to go, mom!
An insider confirmed to EW.com that this is just a side project for Nick, and that the Jonas Brothers are definitely not breaking up — they’re on stage in South America as we speak. We’ll update with further details on the album as they’re available. In the meantime, Mixers, who’s excited? What do we think this will sound like? This is amazing! I knew there were rumors of a solo project floating around, but this confirmation is great news! I’m a huge Jonas fan, so I’m excited to see Nick in the spotlight doing his own thing (since he is my favorite
I have this feeling that Nick’s solo sound could be a complete change from the JB sound, but that’s just a feeling. All fans know that Nick is the leader and the true musical man of the family, so there’s no doubt that this will be good.

Have you ever heard Momma Jonas in interviews? What an attention hog. Great news for Nick, though. But Momma Jonas needs to back off a little if Nick is ever going to be taken seriously (which is hard enough with that bubblegum pop sound the JB’s are rocking).

And they really aren’t bubblegum pop. Even though it was kind of poorly reviewed, their new album was very different from their previous sounds. Only a few songs on there can be considered bubblegum pop if that.

don’t really care about the jonas brothers. never saw any real talent in any of them.
Mrs. Jonas is a good mother. She isn’t an attention hog. She simply is excited about the things that her children do. The Jonas Brothers produce great music. I am really excited to hear what Nick’s side project sounds like. It should be great too.
Well it makes sense, I mean everyone knows he writes most of the songs for Jonas Brothers. He even writes for Demi Lovato [look at the track-listings] , hopefully he’ll break away from Disney and write some great songs out of it.
