Kev you are really paranoid. Where is your proof they are Kris fans posting on Adam’s blog? Adam was also not liked very well by Danny Gokey fans so how do you know it is not them posting? You have to have proof before you fly off the handle like that because it makes YOU look like the idiot. You are really making Adam fans look like kooks, and I know many of them are not but are good people. If you have no proof, then go back to Adam’s blog and get some before you continue to make an a$$ out of yourself.

Yes, there is, Tim. He produced an album all by himself before he went on American Idol. It is called “Brand New Shoes”, and the songs on there are pretty good! Unfortunately he didn’t release a lot of copies, I heard there were only 500 copies or something that he made, so we’re not able to purchase the actual album. You can hear the songs on Youtube, though. On this new album, he has one song that he wrote before he went on American Idol, and it’s called “Red Guitar”. Hope that helps.

I like what I’m hearing so far. Didn’t care much for Kris’s single, but these little snippets give a hint of good things to come.
I am a fan of Kris Allen. I love his voice, his style, and his new album. My favorite snippets are Before We Come Undone, Can’t Stay Away, and Let it Rain.
It is funny that Glamberts are declaring LLWD a failure. They did try their best, with their ‘cover’ campaign, but didn’t kill the song. It is now up to #27 on Hot AC and close to breaking in to the top 40 on the Top 40 chart.
Anybody have any Glambert troll spray repellant? Geesh! Why can’t they celebrate their guy and leave Kris alone? It is too bad that Glambert bores them, so they have to troll Kris articles to amuse themselves.

LLWD is certainly not a failure in the NYC market- Z100 and WPLG are playing it on a consistent basis. For you, for me, for you, this is a great market to be successful in.
Kris’s radio promo shows in December will also do the single some good, if not the entire album. He’ll be singing alongside hitmakers like Taylor Swift, John Mayer, The Fray, Owl City, etc and it will definitely bode well for his sales and his growing fanbase. I’m very happy with the support he has gotten from stations in NY, and the others around the country that are slowly putting LLWD on constant rotation. Now, if only California would join in on the fun as well. Unfortunately I have a feeling Ryan Seacrest’s KISS FM is not a huge fan of Kris, and they never play LLWD. I don’t even know if they’ve added it yet.
Its not a failure. I am sorry, I hate to bring this up (adam fans) but someone I know who is an Adam fan has repeatly called up Z-100 and has tried to get them to play Adam’s new song. I guess they don’t care much for it because they won’t play it. THEY DO PLAY KRIS LIKE 3 TIMES A DAY…just thought that was awesome, for Kris anyways!
Well, Tina, in all fairness Z100 probably hasn’t added Adam’s song yet, so we can’t really compare the success of both. What we do know is that LLWD is increasing in rotation on the radio, and it’s creeping back up the charts. It’s not soaring to number one as much as we’d like it too, but it’s doing well for a song that has received little to no promotion. I wouldn’t stress out on it too much.

Vada, I don’t really think it’s fair to call all the negative comments as being ‘glamberts’. You know, most of the Adams fans have been kind and respectful to Kris. There are the trolls that will do anything to try and say negative crap about both of them. I think it’s beyond foolish. I’m a true Kris fan but admire Adams’ amazing talent and hope they both find love and success in this crazy music business. I really would love for the ‘trolls’ of both of these guys to just go away. The whole thing sounds great. I don’t know how to choose! I think maybe Before We Come Undone, or Can’t Stay Away might be my favorites. I can’t wait until the 17 to hear them all the way through!
To Starr- Tickets for Z100′s Jingle Ball, the show you are describing, go on sale tomorrow. I will be there with my kids- can’t wait! Interesting comment re: Seacrest- does the song get any air play on other stations in the West?
kct: Sadly I am not able to go to Jingle Ball. The closest show Kris will be playing at that I could go to would be the Napa Valley show next weekend or the Sacramento Jingle Ball, but I am way too swamped with work and school to make either trip. As for the rotation in West coast radio stations, California is leading in the airplay, but Washington and Oregon need to catch up. Compared to the East Coast, the West hasn’t played LLWD as much, which is weird, considering Kris’s type of music sounds like it would appeal to the West just as much as it would the East coast. The album sounds great from what I hear! I’m really looking forward to having this album in my hands in two weeks! Kris did a fantastic job, and I love how he wrote/co-wrote 9 songs out of the 12 on his album! He’s multi-talented!!!!

I said what a magazine had said, actually it was on Popeater not US mag. But they had a vote, and according to the ‘voters’ 75 percent said they would NOT buy the album. Adam’s CD stayed on the top 10 on Amazon BEFORE anyone had heard anything…his OTT fans pre-ordered like crazy. That is how it stayed in the top 10. Now that people have heard his first single, alot have said they do not like this single, hate his album cover and would NOT buy the album. So take that for what you will, I was only writing what I had heard from another source, it wasn’t like I made this up or anything, hell I like Adam, I wish him well. Would you like where I got that from? Then you can stop attacking me and YOU will see where I got that from…….
