Adam Lambert, who many people seem to enjoy, will be closing things out (for your entertainment). You guys give each other a break… As a HUGE Glambert fan, I should say that that was a little bit over the top for me.. but let’s not pretend we didn’t know what was he capable of.. we might hadn’t seen this on Idol but we saw a glimpse of it… No regrets Detranay… he is what he is.. and I like him and respect him for that… I wish he could toned the act a bit.. but well as we all learn on Idol is much better to be horrible than forgattable and trust me we WILL talk about this performance for a long long time..
This is what America has come to! From the smooth classy style of Sinatra to the degrading, revolting, sin express driven by Adam Lambert!! I fear for all the young boys viewing this program and wondering why a man is acting like that onstage. SHAME ON ABC

Now America can SEE what a freak of nature Adam Lambert truly is! I am writing to ABC, and demanding they ban Adam lambert from future programming. I have already called a few member of my church and together we are gonna get the ball rolling. Someone has to stand up for decency.
ADAMS PREFORMANCE WAS VERY WILD AND OUT OF HIS USUAL AI PREFORMANCES HE SEEMED ALITTLE TAKEN ABACK AND NOT PUTTING HIS BEST FORWARD BUT HIS THEME DID GO WITH THE SONG AND IF YOU LISTEN TO THE SONG ITS NOT REALLY THAT BAD IF YOU CAN GET THE PICTURE OF WHAT HE WAS DOING OUT OF YOUR HEAD. THE WORDS IN THE SONG SAY ARE YOU READY AND IM GOING TO MAKE YOU SCREAM ETC. HE DID ALL THAT AND MORE TONIGHT. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT SOMETHING I LIKED WATCHING I STILL THINK HE CAN BECOME A GREAT ARTIST. ALSO IF YOU NOTICED THERE WAS ALOT OF CROTCH GRABBING, HUMPING,LICKING, CUSSING, AND SEX IN ALOT OF THE OTHER SONGS TONIGHT. Anyway, I assume Michael Jackson will be winning all the awards, considering his main competition (Taylor Swift) will not be attending the award. It’s a shame that they couldn’t honor him earlier, when he truly deserved it. The AMAs suck as does every other award show. They probably give awards to artists who pay for them (ie Beyonce and Jay Z).
trust me. adam may close the show, but soon after no one will care (has nothing to do w/ adam, btw). something MONUMENTAL is going to happen at the very end of the awards and it’s all people will talk about for months, if not years to come.

RCA shelled out a ton of cling to get Adam that prime spot. Hope it was worth it because radio hasn’t taken too kindly to “For Your Entertainment.” It’s possibly that FYE could stall out at a lower position on the charts than Blake Lewis’ first song…that’s bad!!

I woke up this morning feeling like I should wash my eyes out with soap and water. The AMA should be ashamed for allowing such porn on the show. AL can’t even sing – he just yells and screams his songs. NO TALENT except maybe he should be staring in porn films. How can anyone compare him to Freddie Mercury? There is no comparison. Freddie is at the top of the charts and Adam is the very bottom, actually he is way deeper than the bottom. If you think he is good you should have your mind washed out with soap too.
I agree. I noticed when he finished the audience didn’t seem to excited about it either! with the number of children that like watching show, I don’t understand how they did not consider them. That shouldn’t have been shoved down our throats like that. And think he was almost voted the American Idol, that’s how he would have repersented America! …such a shame

I am watching the awards to see if the american people vote for the king of pop. It is a shame to the other artist in these catagories to even be put up against him. I mean come on people Michael is in a very elite group of artists in the world. His music touches my soul like very few artist do. His music and lyrics have so much meaning in them. Lady Gaga has a nice singing voice and Taylor will get her share of awards in the future,but you have to admit they can not come close to the artist of the century.

I mean its not like he was a joke up until he died, he has always been respected and loved by all! and that skin is natural!
You know, MJ was such an innovative artist is every sense of the word. He was a brilliant songwriter, performer, vocalist, etc… The bar is set very far for anyone to compare to him. I know his personal life was very troubled but I don’t know all the facts so I choose to remember MJ as one of the most innovative, fantastic, versatile performers that I have ever seen. It will be a long time before anyone even can come close to his brilliance. And NO, it’s not Adam Lambert. They shouldn’t even be compared in the same sentence.
