Daryl Hall has one of the most beautiful, pure voices in the entire music industry. I’ve idolized his talent for 29 years and if there’s a god there will be a grammy for Hall and Oates this year AND a spot in the RRHoF !!!

The “Hall Of Fame” really holds no weight in my book, and it shouldn’t in yours. Same thing for the Grammy Awards. The fact that Mr. Hall and Mr. Oates still pop up in conversation, still have a strong (yes, I’d say strong) radio presence, and are still out there kickin’ it speaks volumes more on the subject of their virtuosity and historical significance than any award or induction ever could. The unanimous vote count they receive in my household when their music is played makes them much bigger stars than Madonna in my estimation, and they didn’t even have to make a porn book to get there! YOU are the only one qualified to define what YOU like or dislike. Art is subjective.

Nice short, concise, entertaining little article.
I was wondering that was happening with those guys and now I know.
They laid down some pretty good tracks at a time where there were not enough to go around.
    Keep on keeping on, H&O!

What is their problem? Hall & Oates have been terrific for years. They better go to the grammys. Daryl Hall deserves more than a nomination. What about the R& R hall of fame? It’s a crime.
