American Idiot? In 2010? With all the political resonance of a decade old Doonsbury cartoon.
WOW. I didn’t think it was possible for Green Day to sell out even more!! But they found a way!
Ohh man. I wish I live in NYC
would definitely watch it if it plays in Asia!
I’m so there. I am a lawyer over 40 who is secretly a punk! Can’t wait!
Does anyone know when tickets will be on sale? I just moved a few minutes from NYC and I gotta get tickets for my GF.
Mort, tickets for AMEX holders already went on sale yesterday. Tickets for mere mortals go on sale next month.
See the website at: http://americanidiotonbroadway.com/
I am going. I am going. I am going!
Already did, twice in Berkeley, and I’ll be going on 4/22.
While it does need some work from its Berkeley run (after all, it was in workshop mode at Berkeley), it was pretty good.
Hope that answers your question, EW.
I hear they are making a Broadway play out of Metallica’s Black Album, you know the one with Enter Sandman. It’s gonna star Taylor Hicks.
Id love to see this because im a huge green day fan. I have all their albums. But if it only plays in New York then Ill never get to see it. So hopefully it goes around the country or a movie version is made!
