I just finished watching the performances(DVR)from the show. This was without a doubt, the worst grammy show I have ever watched. I knew there was not anyone I was looking forward to seeing but usually I come away with a couple performances that surprise me. I thought it all was boring and if this the best of music, then music is truely dead.
Everyone already knows Swift Can’t sing, so her horrific performance was no surprise. I’m just shocked how terrible Beyonce is live. She looked awesome, but her voice is seriously all over the place. She sings in an out of tune and really has no idea how to tell a story with her voice. I also thought GaGa was just okay, not nearly as great as I’ve seen her. And props to Pink–upside down, thirty feet in the air, soaking wet . . . and she still blows out the vocals and sings in tune. Fierce bitch.
besides obviously deserving it, I would have loved to see MGMT win just to listen to the wacky speech they would have come up with LOL maybe thats why they didnt win LOL
