Taylor Swift defines music that doesn’t put women in any down grade level, such as Beyonce over powering, too much power women like persona, and Lady Gaga’s whacked out yet good album. It’s clearly this award was for an album not for the PERSON AND WHO THEY ARE and how they perform live. Taylor obviously won the votes because she is simply loved and respected by young and older generations. She deserved it.
musiks cliche repetitive beats and topics and scarlet letter verse is kinda lame and not a creative verse anyway she been lucky but hopefully not for long after those horrible performances at the grammys maybe they think twice nex yr even if kanye has another outburst or some other artist gets peeved at her luck or her teenage lyrics…she should have her own genre teenie bopper cuountry then she can win whatever she wants and no one would be none the wiser or give a ttwaatt about it.
Hahahaha you peopel are all so stupid. Swift deserved this award completely. I don’t understand, her performance with Stevie nicks wasn’t very good, so she doesn’t deserve album of the year? It was 1 performance. Get over it. This girl writes or co-writes every single one of her songs and they’re good. She deserves best album. The Black Eyed Peas? Really? They can not sing for their lives. Did anyone watch the super bowl? Lady Gaga is way too preachy, wrote like 4 whole songs off of her 2 albums. Dave Mathews Band appeals to a very small crowd. And Beyonce? Uhm, she had like 1 or 2 hits off of that album… Case closed.
