Sony should release digitally remaster the 1979 destiny tour, 1981 triumph tour, and 1984 victory tour concerts on dvd…that is mike at his best and in his prime..I’m sure this is what true michael jackson fans want to see…it is long overdue….almost every other artists have concert footage released…..it is a conspiracy that the greastest selling artist of our time has very few officially released…..since sony hasn’t released it I purchased bootleg version dvds of just about every michael jackson era including the jacksons variety show and jackson 5 concerts..the quality wasn’t great but the performances on there are better than any artist out now..what is wrong with sony ? Get on the ball and release this great stuff to the public…garenteed to make sony money and the fans would appreciate it very much…..it would sell for sure and probably set new records in sales….perhaps dvd box sets???????
Couldn’t wait & was looking foward to getting me a copy, but it’s tied 2 sony. I don’t & will not support them!!!!!:(
This man is the best in the world, there is no one who could ever do what he has done I think you all need to step back and respect him as the best in the world, dancer singer of all time.
I am just wondering how long Michael Jackson fans have to wait for the Jacksons 1979-1980 Destiny, 1981 Triumph Tour, and 1984 Victory to be remastered and released to the public on DVD or Blueray…I have been waiting forever..I mean how can these historic concerts be hiiden from everyone for so long..This was the most crucial and popular era of Michael Jacksons career. This is the era I grew up in and he was bigger than life. These concerts were amazing and it is a shame that the younger generation cannot witness Micheal at his best..How can it be that the most popular and biiggest selling artist of all time can’t get at least a few concerts digitally remastered and available. I personally consider it a crime..This is the stuff die hard Michael Jackson fans like myself have been waiting for for decades..There is no excuse for this and Sony should be ashamed…Its sickning that bootleggers can get this and sell it on the internet..Michaels kids and family should get some money for michael and his brothers hard work..You see it all over Utube..how could it be that Sony sits back and does nothing…What the hell is the hold up..I was at a jacksons concert in 1981 at comiski park in Chicago and in 1984 and ill tell you they were the best concerts that I have ever been to to date..They were quite simply amazing and its sad that people that haven’t witnessed it can’t even see it on DvD…other artists that don’t have near the impact that Michael had have plenty of concerts available…This is an outrage and The 1979-1984 Era was the most significant era of his career. If you weren’t alive during this era, then you really missed out..Micheal was like a super hero or somthing. He was everywhere……SONY, please give the fans and your customers what they want or else sell the estate to someone else who won’t waste it like you are….
If I ever win the Mega Millions Lottery or Power Ball ill buy the estate and I would give at lesat 60 or 70 % of the profit to his family, especially his kids…Sony you suck………You guys could of done this a long time ago…Mike was right about you guys. I wish Epic records never sold out to you and I wish the Jackson Family would of sold the estate to someone else. What were the jacksons thinking..was it just for a quick buck..Mike would of never done this and its a shame because even it sony does eventually release this stuff, a lot of fans won’t buy it because they dispise Sony for how they turned there back on Mike..So actually it is in Sonys best interest to sell the estate to another company that appreciate what Michael Jackson did for Music, Enetertainment, the fans, the children, charities, and the World…We love you Michael and are Thankful for all you have done…You will always be missed. Could Berry Gordy afford to buy the estate from Sony?? Probabely not but I think Motown would do a better job than Sony did….After all Motown is where it all started for the Jacksons..The sales could really boost Motowns image and put them back on top..After all the jackson 5 basically saved Motown back in the days and could again…….Just a thought…….
