Twenty-one-year-old Esmee Denters, the Dutch songstress best known Stateside for her Youtube covers and Justin Timberlake connection (he signed her to his Tennman Records imprint in 2008), released her debut, Outta Here, in Europe last spring.
Now, she’s got a high-profile new video for the album’s third single, the Britney-eque “Love Dealer,” featuring an uber-casual Justin, looking very “hey, man, it’s laundry day,” on back-up; watch it after the jump:
What do you think? Honestly, apple-cheeked Esmee doesn’t really seem like the leather-bustier temptress type; it kind of feels like watching Colbie Caillat cover Cascada.

They’ve been trying to make Esmee Denters into a “star” for over a year now – and have failed.
They seem pretty desperate to push her into the U.S. market (to save Justin’s ego I guess), but she’s just awful

I’ve been watching Esme since she was just a you-tube kid singing in her bedroom. It’s been fun to watch to her “grow up” as an artist. BUT I’m not crazy about the content of this song or the image change she’s making. I guess it was inevitable, but still . . . Part of her appeal was her non-Britneyish style.

Honnestly this girl can’t sing, she was a successful girl behind her camera on youtube, but her voice is not strong enough to be a successful singer, I can tell it from the start not that I know more about the music business but well I think I’m crazy she is not capable or singing high, when you hear Rhianna her voice is strong from the beginning well thats all I got to say !
