Interventions among IV drug users have to be scaled up.Thirdly, all other awareness programs, IEC activities, blood safety universal safety precautions to prevent HIV transmission in health care settings have to be regularly implemented in letter spirit.Finally, though NGOs are very much required in our fight against AIDS, their close monitoring is of importance as the interventions among high risk groups are largely allotted to them and there are more NGOs that live off AIDS than for AIDS.
