Controversial church announces plans to protest outside Ronnie James Dio's memorial service, thanks God for his death

They are a mockery of true christians, not the epitome.

Dio’s stories will live on forever, and Westboro Baptist Church will be forgotten as it fades into nothingness.

To all of the fans and readers, please understand that the Westboro “Church” has NOTHING to do with Christianity, “organized religion”, or the love and salvation of Jesus. The Westboro Church is largely made up of an antagonistic & litigious family [Note: it is yet undetermined if they are inbred], who exhibit their protests under the guise and legal protections of a Religion. Though arguably evil, do not be fooled into thinking these people are not intelligent and calculating. Many of the members are LAYWERS. They do not speak their vile, hateful and hurtful words for religious, biblical or spiritual reasons; they do it to anger people enough that they will either attack the Westboro members or attempt an ill-prepared lawsuit. When either of these things happen, the Westboro members are ready and waiting with bullet-proof Counter-Suits.

The WESTBORO MEMBERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT JESUS OR YOUR SOUL. THEY ONLY WANT TO GET YOU MONEY IN A LAWSUIT WHEN YOU TRY TO FIGHT THEM. Be careful, know more about Jesus to argue against these hypocrites, know the law, and look out for your brothers and sisters, in love. Take a look at the saving projects that Dio and his wife worked on for our nation’s troubled, compared to the garbage that the Westboro people live for. And, take a look at the people that Jesus loved to associate with; they looked like DIO, his Family and his Fans.

Ok what is the difference between these people speaking their mind and all of you getting on here and doing the same? Does hateful gossip on you part make you any better? Yes as one of you posted God is love but why don’t some of you take the time to study that before you open your mouthes to try and represent God. Which the way you are doing it is also false. God is love, he loves us whether we are loving our neighbor, spewing hateful gossip or just sitting around doing NOTHING when He asks us to do something. I do NOT believe that these people are going about it in the right way but most of you just want us Christians to sit back and lend you our ear to whine into. When is the world ever going to see that it is decieved!? Jesus himself showed anger, and rightfully so. He got tired of worldly people taking advantage of God, speaking for God, and acting on Gods behalf. For all of you who disagree with this pick up your bible and check out John 2:13 and Luke 19:45-46. Jesus tore apart the temple because he was so disgusted with the way people lie, cheat, steal and MISREPRESENT God! Yes God is love but He also loves us too much to see us live sick pathetic lives. What is wrong with a church speaking out (I admit again, not in the right way) but what is wrong with people feeling convicted by God? I’ll tell you what’s wrong with it, if your convicted by God then you may just have to change the way you live. We have all become so lazy in church that it is easier to sit back and say someone is just condemning us, they just don’t like us. They are the ones with the wrong beliefs not us. God will give us many chances to see that He DOES NOT enjoy being taken advantage of and it is sad to say but many of us who sit back and just live “in love” are not going to make it Heaven. God gives every one of us ample opportunity to stand up for Him and to bring more to Heaven with us and many will be to lazy, selfish or scared to do what He asks of us. No I don’t believe that they are going about it the right way but at least they are trying to bring to light that it is SIN to use the platform GOD gave you for evil. Many people should stop being appalled by this churches actions and start listening to their words. They come FROM the Bible people. Try studying it sometime, it is quite enlightening. And maybe just maybe some of us will grow from it. I understand if you don’t want to grow with God but be honest. Just say sorry God I just love my wicked or lazy ways to much to change or stand up for you. Then at least you won’t be deceiving yourself. Sin is Sin, whether it is murder, homosexuality, or just lying to God or your neighbor! Study sin people, there is a reason the church has a hard time teaching on it today. You all just want church to make you feel warm and cozy, well warm and cozy won’t get you into heaven! And there is a reason the Bible is still the #1 selling book in the world, because it is here to teach and reproof us. Some of us could take a thing or two from it.

WTF He did not promote “Devil Horns” the symbol on his hands is (dio has explained this several times) protection against the evil eye. I’ve been a fan of Dio for years and I’ve never heard him “Glorifying Atheism”.
