Image Credit: Paul Kane/Getty ImagesFor the seventh time, 47-year-old former pop star George Michael was arrested for a driving-related wrong, BBC News reports. After police got reports that his Range Rover had crashed into a Snappy Snaps shop in London following his attendance at London’s gay pride parade, he was taken into custody at a north London police station under suspicion of being unfit to drive. Michael posted bail and will return in August for a court date.
Michael just regained his driving privileges last year. They were suspended in 2007 for two years for driving while unfit due to drugs. He was accused of driving into three parked cars and driving off without first telling the cars’ owners.

He used to have talent. Then he went all gushy and soft. Time for him to grow up, he’s not a bubble gum trading card anymore. There are other ways for him to recapture all those good, tingly sensations from the past without using drugs. Enya CDs sound just as good when you’re driving under the influence as they do when you’re straight-headed.
George Michael needs a Lindsey Lohan ankle ball and chain. And then throw his arse in jail next time. He’s beyond rehab. He needs an extended dry-out in a cage.

First, I kinda love there’s a Snappy Snaps store in London. Second, Mr. Michael needs to know when to hire a driver. Last, I hope he gets off the booze. He’s incredibly talented.

He’s probably drinking to drown his ever-increasing sense of irrelevancy.

These rich celebrities that drive while under the influence is getting absurd. Call a friend, get a cab, get a limo – I’m poor and I never drive drunk, these clowns have no excuse whatsoever.
I always enjoyed his music, but I think it’s time for him to get a driver. He can afford it. Society demands it. Jail doesn’t solve it.

All countries need a law that revokes your license for life the first time you’re caught under the influence while driving. There need to be REAL consequences. Drunk driving is an epidemic, but no one takes it seriously because the ‘punishment’ is ridiculous.
Ok, NOW I think that the press should ask him: “Hey sucka! What the hell’s got into you?!”
I really do love this man and his voice but for the love of god get him off the road! Listen to his cover of “I Can’t Make You Love Me” and you’ll hear something special.
His version of “I Can’t Make You Love Me” is stellar. I hope he gets things together so he can continue to sing. He is definitely underrated.
It is amazing. I prefer his Unplugged version to the studio version.
