September 28th’s History of Modern will be their first studio album since 1996’s Universal, and the first in over two decades to feature the group’s original ’80s lineup.
To celebrate, the band has reached even further back to borrow Aretha Franklin’s soul plea “Save Me” from her classic 1967 album I Never Loved a Man the Way I Love You, and spun it right ’round their own dance-pop Cuisinart.
