Katy Perry‘s “Teenage Dream” rises two spots from No. 5 to No. 3. Her former No.1, “California Gurls,” drops five spots to No. 8.

Enrique Iglesias’ “I Like It,” with Pitbull, holds its place at No. 4. Usher‘s “DJ Got Us Fallin’ in Love” moves up two spots to No. 5. Lil Wayne‘s “Right Above It,” featuring Drake, debuts at No. 6. It’s the incarcerated rhymer’s first major hit since entering Rikers Island last spring. Mike Posner’s “Cooler Than Me” slips a rung to No.7.

After producing and featuring on two of the summer’s biggest records, B.o.B’s “Nothin’ on You” and Travie McCoy’s “Billionaire,” Bruno Mars lands his first hit record of his own. “Just The Way You Are” leaps seven places up to No. 9. B.o.B rounds out the top 10 as his “Magic” moves up a spot to No. 10.

Eminem , Your time is done, I’m waiting for Katy Perry or Taio Cruz to take #1 (Not a Hater, Just following itunes)

JC – I think one of those two will knock him out of the top spot next week. Katy appears to be selling better than Taio, but Taio has her beat on airplay. I called the Top 10 jumps for Bruno Mars and B.o.B. last week – I think BM may be able to crack the Top 5 next week.

Hey Bri ! Hope you’re ready for that cool Fall air up in Beantown! No shot on Bruno Mars hitting the top 5 next week cause “I Like It” & “DJ Got US Fallin’ In Love” are still on the rise! Maybe after Labor Day! But I called it back in Mat, Bruno Mars is officially the break out star of 2010, and his writing & producing credits on Cee Lo’s explicit laden new single, is just the icing on his cake!
Not sure how you feel bout trance tunes, but have you heard the AWESOME new Armin Van Buuren Feat. Sophie Ellis-Bextor “Not Giving Up On Love” ?!

Hey Phil – I’m ready for fall, but it looks like we could potentially have one more heat wave starting this weekend. I think that Enrique, Usher and Bruno are going to be in a three-way race for that #5 spot. When it comes to spins, Bruno is trailing the two at Top 40, but is ahead of Enrique at Rhythmic. If you look at iTunes, though, Bruno is ahead of both of them, currently sitting at #2 (versus #6 for Usher and #7 for Enrique). As sales appear to carry more weight on the Billboard Hot 100 (as evidenced by the big Lil Wayne and Nelly debuts), Bruno could sneak in there. We’ll see next week!

Hard to believe that 3 (!)Max Martin produced songs are in the top 10! The two Katy Perry songs and the Usher song! I don’t think he’s had this much dominance since Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears’ hit singles in the top 10 or top 20 a decade ago in 2000! And California Gurls and Usher’s DJ’s sound very alike in the fast tempos! You’d imagine Usher singing California Gurls on his own song. He might have recorded them at the same time. He knows how to make these catchy, infectious pop songs along with Dr. Luke, Shellback or Benny Blanco!

I want to see Enrique Iglesias go to No. 1 or at least top 5. He hasn’t been up there in a while since 2001, when Hero was a hit.
