What in the world? What ever happened to “if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all”? People who have to rag on other people for the things that they like are just pathetic. I don’t think it’s us or Doc that need to get a life.
Doc…just drop the crap and get on with your part 3 analysis already. We are TIRED of waiting and tiring of you as a whole as doing everything but what you promised back on part 2 as to when.

I am re-watching Lost from Season one, and so far it has been riveting. I was worried I wouldn’t get hooked again knowing the ending but it is suspenseful and interesting and I’m hooked again. It is awesome with no breaks between scenes or weeks so it is like watching a great movie. What really impresses me this time is the quality of the acting of the main characters. I can’t wait to buy this Weezer CD.
When I see the charming Jorge Garcia’s face, of course I will think of Hurley and Lost, not Hurley International. But regardless of that, I like Weezer and will probably buy the album. As for it being a smart marketing ploy, I am curious to see what the sales numbers will be. I just can’t believe that Weezer has been going for almost 20 years!
Thanks Doc. I’m on the fence about this one (and admittedly never the biggest Weezer fan), but you’ve given me something to think about when I respin the tunes. (And, yes, I did buy this one specifically for the cover with Jorge.) I kinda think you’re doing some wishful thinking on some of the tracks, but I’ll try them again and listen for what you heard. As for haters and hater-repliers, just stop it. This is supposed to be for fun, it’s intended to be ironic. Haters, stop being hateful, the world is hateful enough without your hatefulness. Repliers, don’t encourage them. LOST – for all its goodness and flaws – was a break in the horror around us, and let’s take a moment to remember that. If Rivers could, so can we.
