What looks like a Bieber, dance-walks like a Bieber, and sings like a … Bublé? That would be Canadian suave-pop crooner turned video prankster Michael Bublé, who tries on many hats (leopard-pantsed rocker, James Dean dreamboat, Old West hombre, mustachioed “Sabatoge”-style undercover-cop guy) in the new video for “Hollywood,” his cautionary ode to this business we call show.
In a way, the whole thing is sort of a male version of Pink’s L.A. lifestyle-skewering 2006 clip “Stupid Girls,” though it’s the 35-year-old Bublé’s eerily on-point “Bieber”—turquoise hoodie, floppy bangsplosion, general teen insouciance—that will probably garner the video most of its Google-news hits.

I’ve loved this song since I bought it off iTunes weeks ago! I really hope this is a pop hit after many stations finally embarced him with “Haven’t Met You Yet” . What a fun song & an equally fun video!
Does Michael have a new CD coming out?
ST, he’s re-releasing last year’s CD “Crazy Love” as a brand new “Hollywood” edition with extra tracks. Comes out Oct. 25.
