She wasnt talking about the finalists haters, she was talking about the thousands of awful train wrecks that America gets off watching for weeks before the real competition begins. How do you explain thousands of talentless young adults embarrassing themselves and then thinking they were great. Some even get mad and claim the judges are stupid for not picking them….
This generation of kids have been brought up not keeping score at their soccer games and getting the tests corrected in neutral colored ink and it has made them fragile, egocentric, and immature. Thats all Palin is saying.
You ask your grandfather if todays kids are as mature and thoughtful as his generation. The dumbing down or kids has led to a dependent short sighted public who vote for incompetent empty suits who read teleprompters well.
