Yet another award belongs to Taylor Swift: The young country singer continues to be an awards show darling, picking up her third — that’s right, third — consecutive American Music Award for Favorite Country Female Artist. And though she’s not nominated in any other categories for the evening, she should make an impression later in tonight with her performance — and her newly straightened locks.

LAME. should’ve gone to carrie (or at last miranda.. but she doesn’t have the fan power), esp. since taylor for MIA for most of this year. she just showed up like 2 days ago for her new album.

You’re kidding right? Say that to Taylor’s 4 grammys.

Did she make another “Oh my, I can’t believe it!” face? Ugh.
    Should’ve been Miranda Lambert.

NEVER WASTING MY TIME WATCHING THE AMA’S AGAIN!! It Obviously is for the teenie-boppers! Or PRE – Teenie-boppers….yeah the ones who can vote because their parents pay for the cell phones, it’s not for the people who actually buy the CD’s. THE TRUE FANS, WHO SUPPORT THEIR WORK…If it was the turn out would have been totally different, OMG, all I feel like doing is asking for the last 3 hours of my life back! PUKE!!

Really, you would think by the 3rd award she would have learned how to sing. Have you ever heard her sing without electronic assistance. Sheesh!

    Just don’t understand the attraction.
She sings off key (remember duet with Stevie Nicks?) and her songs are not memorable. It is sad to note the great decrease in talent standards.
