If you look on the LA Times website you will see the FBI misspelled “Notorious” wrong in the prominent highlighted section. Yet we are supposed to think they might be competent enough to solve a murder (one they probably have no motivation to solve, given the mutual hatred between law enforcement and the rap community)???
