He called her a slut. I would say that crosses the line from critiquing to being mean. Sure, the, “liar, and pathetic,” part was probably uncalled for, but the inspiration for the song wasn’t childish.

This would have worked better as a girl growing up with an abusive father.

I just found this listing and I’m late to the game, but does anyone realize that Taylor Swift is NOT the person who produced the concept for this video? Yes, her song is a little childish, but honestly, this is like so many other videos that really have nothing to do with the actual song. Videos often don’t have anything to do with the song, or their skew the image the song is supposed to create by creating one. Just like when a book becomes a movie. Get over it folks. It’s just a song.

someone complained /criticized me for confronting a bully and said for someone who hates abuse why do you respond, why not just ignore? and ignoring the person doesn’t make them stop and others have told me responding to them only makes them bully again so who is right or wrong? these people need to be put in their place and made to see what it feels like to be put down. people accuse me of always playing the victim but i don’t choose to be picked on ffs it’s the bullies who choose to speak who make that choice or am i wrong? i have been bullied by my own family my whole life to be something i’m not and something they expect me to be for themselves, not accepting me as i am. even in my 40′s they think it’s their place to tell me how to be as a person. ever since i was a small child i have been treated like a puppet instead of a person with my own mind and mouth, they didn’t want to hear what i say , they love to hear themselves talk. it’s bad enough being bullied from family to school kids AND teachers to adults on the net. they take something i have said and keep throwing it at me , and that is pathetic and stupid. people use my weight, financial situation etc as an excuse to pick on me, and even though i have had a therapist tell me that bullies just project their own insecuriies on to others that’s no excuse to treat others differently than they want to be treated.
