Thank god he’s a country boy & i don’t have to listen to him.
He’ll be making Christian music in 2 years or less anyhow and then nobody will have to listen to him.
He’s not my American Idol. In 6 months it will be “Scotty who?”
Did any of you watch the Voice? At least the country boy Patrick on that show can sing. And thank god you can only vote ten times for each type of voting, instead of the absurd 8 million times like on Idol. But I’m hoping like heck this country boy doesn’t win. His song was a wee bit obvious and an attempt to trap the sentimental and old ladies and little girls.
At least Patrick is nice to look at … Scotty ummm Howdy Doody comes to mind.

Scotty will be great,one of the best ever,and I am so glad that I got to see it and hopefully helped it happen.I do not understand how people waste their time with neegative thoughts???Is life really that painfull to them. I hope not Go Scotty!!!!!!!
First off, the young girls aren’t the only ones who voted Scotty in. The moms and grammas helped, too. What a nice, respectable young man with so much talent. I cannot believe all of the hate people have inside them, and why they have to lash out at this young man is beyond me. If you don’t like his music, don’t listen to it. Your comments only tell us that you are some miserable people. Go Scotty.
Idol has really fallen apart
Never saw such mean spirited people with such hateful comments. Must make you feel better about yourself to try to destroy someone else. How sad for you. This kid will do fine with or without you!
