Who cares?
Anutha waste of skin not eating and breathing.
Who the F! cares?
Amy who?
Bravo!
Im happy there are so many people saying wonderful things about Amy. The mean comments seem to be coming from the same obsessed 3 or 4 people.
Ya, someone with way too much
pent-up frustrations needs to get out and get laid.
a shame no really cared for to get her the help and support she needed- her A&R should be ashamed if your client is not well you shouldn’t push for a new album or worse public appearances shame on everyone who enabled her to become dependent on drugs and alcohol- money and fame are nothing in the end you take nothing. I’m saddened and ashamed at the music industry for what it has become. I will miss you dearly AMY.
No amount of love can get people to stop doing what they REALLY crave, once they are hooked.
Let it be a warning.
Drugs take over a person’s life, if they are allowed to. Then, the drugs become that person’s life.
The autopsy results showed “inconclusive.” But they are waiting for the toxicologist’s report.
What a cliche. Can’t handle the pressure of fame, fortune and touring? Then get out of the business. Don’t OD, shatter your loved ones and make them wonder what they could have done differently.
Other than the loss of a human life, which is always sad, no one should waste a second mourning the death of an addict who had everything and threw it all away for drugs.
Although not a fan of her music, I find this loss heartbreaking. A young talent with such potential who simply could not exorcise her personal demons. Let this be a lesson to us all, and may her spirit find peace.
I find it extremely hypocritical of those who can find no empathy for Amy but still sing the praises of artist like: Michael Jackson, Elvis Presly, Billie Holliday, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Jimmy Hendrix and the list goes on and on of great artists that have battled addiction. All that aside she was a phenomenal artist and addcition is a disease. Sadly, she lost her battle but her legacy lives on like those I’ve listed.
Amy will never be forgotten.
The bee-hived,tattooed chanteuse.
@harris… i know the back way in
Man, the television news media has been really stupid on this. Showbiz Today (CNN HDLN Whatever)called her death a mystery. This is the most unmysterious death ever. Most people who knew anything about her knew she would be dead soon. They didn’t want here to die, they wanted her to live and get better. To sing again.
Even Kurt Cobain’s death was a little unexpected. He had just survived a coma, but I don’t people expected him to die. But they got his death wrong too. They attributed to a drug overdose. Yes, drugs were definently a factor and he could died from them. They certainly seem to make the pressures in his life worse. but mainly it was the self-inflicted gun shot.
I wish they’d be more accurate and understanding in their reporting.
Amy Winehouse is an amazing artist.
I don’t judge, I just wish she RIP.
The sad thing is, I’m not really all that surprised. But her soulful voice and impressive catalog will be what I remember her for, not the negative stuff. May her tortured soul finally find peace.
Another sacrifice to provoke real emotions over a simulated personality that very of us could claim to truly know. If anything this death proves that people worship image over substance. If a puppet falls in the forest, another will rise to take their place. Not sad, just disturbing. Who’s the next victim of the substanceless blissful ignorance brainwashing machine? You and I. These are not real people, therefore we should not have real emotions. Wait until your parents die then we can talk about pain and mourning of people who truly mattered to your existence.
yes this is old but im getting over her death i miss you amy i was hoping wHen i became a star you and me could sing together and be friends but i guess dreams dont come true however when i do become a singing star my first record is going to be dedicated to you
