Maybe he didn’t want to talk about it;he kept it private, only to him and his partner about the split. I’m sorry things didn’t go well for them. But I think he wanted the audience to focus more on his music and not his personal life until this moment.

George mentioned the break-up because he was introducing a new song he had written about the break-up. They had an open relationship, so that wasn’t the issue; George revealed that the decision was mutual, and rooted in the fact that they were both comrades in addiction. George also said that he still loves Kenny, and the song is very heartfelt.
i have met george and yes he did have a troubled relationship, but kenny was just as bad, it always takes 2 to tango, leave him be and to get on with his music and hopefully his troubled free new life
