um, excuse me…i may have had a little more to drink than i should, but aren’t her actions (and movies) what have caused “irreparable harm”. so sad she can’t take responsibility.

Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay! you really need to take away that mirror that keeps telling you that you have not done any harm to oyur own reputation! Just because you have served your jail time, stopping your lebian lover; returned the stolen necklace; and did drive several times drunk, and haven’t learned that your parents did nt’ admonish your behaviors, but, encouraged them, you need to know your former fans, inclduing myself, are tired of your lack of personal responsibility… That is where the”harm” came from long before Pitbull’s song… You should be glad someone wanted to mention your butt! as a former fan, you lost the public, after all YOUR ANTICS, and you thought that the public would keep financing your spoiled, poor behaviors… Well, I guess we sent you a real life, reality check… you needed to maintain cleaning up your act, not by more legal suits, but, by dealing with some expensive mental health therapy… Save your time, focus on more important things other than YOURSELF… And I was one of your supporters until you took your own personal spiral downward!

I love that Pitbull is an examplery Latino, for trying to solve, what really should not even be a problem by talking. More power to you Mr. World Wide. Guess that’s why he’s Mr.World Wide and she is NOT!

Jeez… they should change his name from Pitbull to Yorkie. What a giant, I don’t understand how you can defame someone by saying that did something that is part of public record. Next thing you know, Scott Peterson will sue because someone called him a wife-killer.

Pitbull has a lot of class and I think his reaction shows him in a favorable light. I can’t think of the last thing Lindsay did that showed her in anything but a negative light. Maybe she should take some pointers from Pitbull.

You need a false statement for a defamation claim. Whether he meant it literally or figuratively, saying she was locked up is a true statement.

I would love for some of you haters have ur name mentioned publicly in a negative form and see how u feel. But i do agree that a lawsuit is crazy. She should take the high road and just respond in a song or better yet get a job and blow everyone away by doing a great job at acting because despite all her troubles she is a talented actress and that would be the best way to get back at all the haters. I hate that she’s throwing her life away when she has a talent that some of these young actresses would kill to have. Lindsay if u read this please get back to work and get America back on ur side. Britney did it and look how great she is doing now. She’s 29 years old and already receiving a tribute at the vma’s but B has something that lindsay doesn’t: normal parents who actually care about her and love her and nit just worried about getting money from their kid unlike Dina and Michael Logan who only want money from their daughter.
