What do you do after you win an MTV Video Music Award? If you’re Nicki Minaj, who took home the trophy last night for Best Hip-Hop Video, you get back to work… quick. Fortunately, the best artists around are more than happy to share the stage with you. Minutes after accepting her award, Minaj left the Nokia Theater for the nearby Staples Center to perform “Super Bass” with avowed fan, Taylor Swift. Take a listen.

She’s writing a song called Egomanical Brat for her next CD.
I hope it doesn’t happen, because I imagine Justin and Taylor making a corny, sugary, teen ballad pap about teen love. Probably produced by some 16-year old girls instead of a professional music producer. And so candy coated sweet over some pop beats and Taylor’s own sound that it will produce 2 cavities.

That quick! And she finally got to do that performance with Taylor Swift who had a concert at the same time as the awards! And I’m sure Taylor’s a huge fan of Super Bass.
Matter-of-fact, she is! I saw her on a talk show a good six months ago saying how much she loved Nicki, that “Super Bass” was her fave song on the album, and that she rapped along in her car. Taylor even busted out a few lines of it from the couch.
Taylor is –> such (( mega )) super star – Only Lady Gaga is even close to her – Everyone and I mean everyone wants to sing a song at a Taylor Swift concert. Just singing a song at Taylor’s concert can turn you from a star into super star!
