Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Good, I love this group. So talented, so great at what they do. Now this is music. The lyrics alone. Fabulous!

Go to youtube and put in their name in Rocking in Rio I think it was, see her in action. She is a female Freddie Mercury. Her lyrics alone should win awards. This is art, not the crap of today. I wish this group would put out a cd every week. BRAVO Amy

Wow, female Freddie Mercury? Are you serious? I like Amy and think she’s very talented, but come on… NO aspect of her musicianship can even begin to approach that of Freddie’s. And to be perfectly honest, her performance skills (when she’s not behind a piano) is actually her weakest spot as an artist.. the same certainly cannot be said for Freddie.

Yes, Amy is good, but she is no Mercury.

Adele needs to thank my daughter (who luvs Evanesence as well) for that 111K (old CD by industry standards) because she gave me a copy last week and I LOVE IT!!! Reminds me of living in England with my girls cruising music stores!!!

Adele keeping rocking the charts. Good for her. She does it without wearing meat, turning into Jo Calderone or stealing the spotlight from birthday boy Bill Clinton. Wasn’t Gaga’s CD supposed to be the Album of the Decade? Proclaimed so by the artist herself? Hmm. Hopefully the world is tiring of her desperate pleas for attention.

You brought up Lady Gaga in a post about Evanescence. .__. Someone is a bit obsessed.

I feel so bad for Joe’s album numbers since no one even gave it a chance when the first single dropped. Anyone else singing a song like See No More would have blown up with that. The song is really well put together and it faded to quickly only because the name Jonas was attached to it. The second single Just In Love is also really catchy but radio won’t play it since the buzz around the project had already died by the time it came out. I actually listened Fastlife for free on Spotify and then I went ahead and purchased it b/c the songs were so good. he has over 2 million followers on Twitter and he promoted and performed around the world for months. Yet some irrrelevant band like Evanescence can do hardly any promo (which is lazy) and still get 127,000 copies of their flop album to No.1?! How do you go from selling 450k to 127k that is laughable. I just hate that audiences aren’t giving Joe a chance b/c if you can look past the Jonas name the material on his record is strong. Add in the promo and the album deserved a better debut Top 5 at least.

So you’re defending Joe Jonas’ unbelievably bad 18,000 (with a heavily-promoted album), and you’re going to say that Evanescence’s 127,000 is laughable (with a barely-promoted album)? Umm, delusional much? How are they irrelevant if they are selling so well with barely any promotion?
