Snoop Dogg is undoubtedly a legend in the worlds of music, cinema, and soap operas. But over the course of his career, his co-signs have not always been stellar, foisting artists like Tha Dogg Pound, the LBC Crew, Butch Cassidy, Kokane, and the entire second tier of the No Limit roster on an unsuspecting public.
Snoop’s latest endorsement is much closer to home — in the sense that new artist Cori B. actually lives under Snoop’s roof. Cori B. is the D-O-Double-G’s daughter, and her new single “Daddy’s Girl” features a verse from her famous dad. It’s a sweet-like-aspartame track that reveals the truth behind growing up as a one percenter in 2012 (which is better than trying to fake her dad’s ‘hood upbringing). Give it a listen below.
What do you think — do you want to hear more from Cori B., or should the music in the Broadus family only come from Papa Snoop?
