Susan Boyle, already the subject of two reverie-themed books (this past February’s authorized Dreams Can Come True, and the unsanctioned Susan Boyle: Living the Dream: The Biography of Britain’s Incredible Singing Sensation) will finally tell her own story in The Woman I was Born to Be, due this fall.
Publisher Atria has bought the U.S. rights to the 49-year-old Scottish songbird’s memoir for an undisclosed amount. According to Bookseller.com, Boyle said, “”When I strutted onto the stage for that audition, I was a scared wee lassie, still grieving for my mother, not caring how I looked. I think I’ve grown up a lot in the last year, become more of a lady, and I’m not so frightened anymore.
“I’m writing this book to try to show that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, and I hope it will benefit other people. My story demonstrates that you shouldn’t just look at the label, you should look at the whole person, emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually, and I hope that telling it will show that dreams are not impossible, if you’ve got courage and a willingness to go on no matter what the circumstances.”

When is she doing a centerfold for Playboy?
Lap it up, kitties! Flock to the bookstore in droves! Keep feeding the fame monster that drove Miss Boyle to abandon me, her one true life companion. Celebrity is an ugly, ugly mistress.
Book title ideas anyone?
Mine is “Let Life Boyle Over”
Let me save you the $24.95 for the book:
Chapter 1: I’m A Nobody
Chapter 2: I’m A Viral Video Sensation
Chapter 3: I Have A Hit Debut Album
Chapter 4: I’m A Nobody Again
Too soon for Chapter 4? Wait a year.
Can’t we pay her to GO AWAY! Put her, Kate Gosselin and the Jersey Shore idiots on a plane and send them to the Lost island.
She’s gone form being the underdog you cheered for, to being the overexposed one semi-hit wonder you don’t.
Can we pack Justin Bieber into their luggage?
“… will finally tell her own story in The Woman I was Born to Be, due this fall.” Finally? More like “get it out there before the 15 minutes is over”…
Many blessings to Susan Boyle, a
true honest person, wish the most for her.
Great work! This is the kind of information that are supposed to be shared around the net. Disgrace on the seek engines for no longer positioning this submit higher! Come on over and talk over with my website . Thank you =)
