Three apple-cheeked siblings with small-town roots, pop-rock dreams, and a jaunty two-syllable surname? Familias Jonas and Hanson, meet your latest Band of Brothers inductees: Burnham, the Vermont-bred trio slated to open the second leg (Sept. 14-Dec. 23) of tween dream Justin Bieber’s North American My World tour.
Like the brothers Jonai, Burnham is fronted by its youngest member, 14-year-old Forrest (guitarist Alex is 18, bassist and keyboardist Andre, 16); and like Oklahoma’s Hanson, the boys’ sound is unabashedly MMM-boppy. They’ve also garnered a host of big names for production on their fall debut, including OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, Good Charlotte’s Benji Madden, and Rihanna collaborator Brian Kennedy (he also co-wrote Chris Brown’s “Forever”).
Will they capture the rapturous attentions of the Bieber be-fevered girl nation? Judge first single “Catch Me If You Can,” after the jump:

Whoa…thank you for linking to the MMM-bop video – that sh*t is ridiculous. But I love MMM-bop! (And I’m only slightly ashamed to admit it.) That song was pure nonsensical sunshine. This song is okay, I guess, but I’m a little weirded out by the 14-year-old fronting yet apparently needing to be autotuned, by the sound of it. Also – he used the phrase “…I’m your man.” Oh, honey, no. I’m not convinced you’ve even hit puberty.
Still, they’re at least harmless and the chorus was kind of catchy.
no autotone here…. nice try… see them live…talented, grounded, awesome
sorry autotune
there not going anywhere that song sucked
STFU that song is amazing and they are further than you will ever be!!! I love them so much!!!
Catchy and (not a backhanded compliment) good for their age. Too bad they’re on Island Def Jam, who famously screwed Hanson big-time. Perhaps Burnham will have their own record label in a few years.
Awesome song. The singer is adorable. Kind of like a rock Bieber.
This song sounds like a hit. I think they’re cooler then Hanson
They seem very talented, I think they have the potential to blow up. Id like to hear some more songs though
Woo.. go Bieber.. world domination continues..!
Forrest looks so much younger than 14.
decent song though, this could be huge. it really can get stuck in your head.
surprisingly good stuff! can’t wait to hear more.
They are from my town! I’ve seen them play like 5 times locally and i took lessons from their vocal coach.
~sigh~ Everybody wants to be the next Hanson. That’s certainly understandable. None of these young upstarts could hope to hold a candle to the original, though.
Whos Hanson…sorry I’m only 10.
Not bad. This may sound horrible, but they’re not very attractive and their target audience is going to want that “Taylor Hanson/Nick Jonas/Justin Bieber” smile.
Wow! These kids are sound great and the little guy has such charm. I think they a better than Hansons and have a cool connection to their crowd. I saw them perform in NYC and the audience (kids) were raving fans. Good luck little ones!
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!! this song is like drug addictive- WHEN IS IT COMING OUT??????? love these guys!!
