Okay, her first single was a dud. But Nicki Minaj is slicing the competition to pieces with her second try, the Annie Lennox-sampling “Your Love.” A slow cut about a guy whose affection she’d do anything for, it’s currently No. 1 on the Billboard rap songs chart.
This morning Nicki released its video. In it she plays a samurai in training who falls for her sensei. The only problem is that one of her her classmates has too. After going through about three wigs, the battle for his love begins. Check out the video after to jump to see who wins.

I don’t know if i would call it a classic . . . but as far as Nicki is concerned, she could’ve done a black-n-white video with her in a leotard dancing with two drag queens and would STILL like the video!
GREAT VIDEO! Most artist keep it simple she went the extra mile definitely, I’m not the biggest Nicki fan but she’s proving to a lot of people that the ‘harajuku barbie’ movement is working. She’s making the industry remodel itself, and become way more colorful. Yet once again, amazing job Nicki!

I love Nicki. I don’t think she ever intended this to be a single (it leaked and got popular) but she did it justice. I prefer her when she’s crazier, but this is a nice side to her.
