If you like white trash loser music then it makes sense his album is doing well. Also considering the crap that is on radio these days he must seem like a maestro. I never liked this idiot. He’s hateful, negative and a punk and a coward. All he does is whine about the same issues over and over about how bad his marriage was and how obsessed he is with Mariah and that’s it. One or two songs might be postive but that’s not what he’s known for. I cringe listening to this ass and change the station. It sad that so many people are just as miserable as this guy and actually relate to him. If I got this CD for free, I’d throw it away…Yuck!!!
Don’t be so pretentious, like any other artists does not talk about his/her life difficulties, or you would much rather listen to Katie Perry, or one of those conservative inbred retards who’s ignorance is so profound they don’t even realise their own stupidity. He has sold 80 million + records for a reason, he numbers speak for themselves and you’re just too subjective to comprehend he is actually good! Voted, receives numerous rewards.
Nope not surprised at all. Em is the king, he is just fricken awesome. I wish I could go see him in Detroit.
By fr my favourite rapper of all time, he is a great lyricist who raps with profound substance and talks about his troubles, and no he doesn’t talk about life in the Detroit, he talks about his struggles with drugs, changing to a more crazy mood like for example Cold Wind Blows then moves to a track like Talkin 2 Myself, he is great and deserves to be up there, best rapper alive and his sales prove it, i don’t know how Lil wayne, Soulja boy and other commercial hip hop artists are even up there, i guess Eminem is the only rapper, moreover the guy is so reclusive, he makes his records and goes back home, maybe does a couple of concerts, its not about the superficial things for him! Stop being so typical people, and listen to the guy, he has evolved and with every stage he performs exquisitely.
I don’t get why people feel the need to hate on other rappers whenever they compliment Em. I like Em myself, but I also like Lil Wayne, Kanye and others. Everybody brings something different, whether you like the deeper stuff or the club banggers, so lets please not act like Em is the only thing right with hip hop…
Let’s forget about all the points of views and just listen to the music.
Recovery is such an amazing piece of work from Eminem. I’m glad to see it well and with his first two singles “Not Afraid” and “Love the Way You Lie” going to No. 1, I look forward to what he might release next (Crosses fingers for “Talkin 2 Myself.)

I am glad Eminem is back on top. Relapse was solid but a bit of a misfire as far as a comeback album. But Recovery is on par with the Marshall Mathers LP as far as great music and brutal honesty
