EW was the first to tell you about Matthew Morrison’s duet with his Glee co-star Gwyneth Paltrow for Morrison’s upcoming album.
Now we can offer you a sneak peak at the results with this exclusive taste of their collaboration on the classic, “Over the Rainbow.” The tune has become somewhat of a staple for Morrison as he performed it during his Glee audition and has also tackled it on the series.
Paltrow, meanwhile, is reportedly working on her own record deal and will be back as Holly Holliday on Glee‘s April 19th episode. The pair’s “Over the Rainbow” will be available to download tomorrow on iTunes and Morrison’s album is scheduled for release on May 10 (you can find the dates for his summer tour here).

Matthew Morrison and Gwyneth Paltrow to duet on his upcoming album — EXCLUSIVE

I really like Paltrow’s voice on this. Morrison’s not so much.
graeme – I was actually think the reverse. Matt was good – Gwen, not so much.
Caroline- exactly what I thought!
I prefer the original Jack Johnson version. More depth and emotion.
I hate to say it, it’s just pretty voices. And who’s gonna buy Morrisons album?
what are you talking about? Jack Johnson? I’m almost certain it was Israel Kamakawiwo’ole that did that certain version first. That ofcourse is not putting Judy Garland in the mix.
Singing basically a gay anthem, great way to keep those rumors at bay.
Dawn you’re so ignorant. The world is a sadder place because of people like you.
I concur with Amy
thought I had lost interest in this song, but this version is so sweet, better than expected, I can’t help loving it.
Their voices mesh perfectly. <3

Their voices really mesh perfectly together.
really pretty!
Surprisingly good! Gwyneth sounds great!
sounds fine to me…from the negitive comments i was expecting this aweful sound but Gwyneth sounds lovely. they blend in well with each other. #kudos to matt and gwyneth!!
Beautiful. I love it and Matthew Morrison. Can’t wait for his album to come out.
They sound wonderful. So much love for the original song but this duet does not disappoint.
I would never in a million years have guessed that was Gwyneth Paltrow. I have to echo what’s already been said- she sounds wonderful.
>_>
It is great and I love paltrow !
beautiful song. love their voices.
Paltrow. ugggggh.
Why even bother with this comment? Paltrow could be the worst person in the world, a puppy-murderer and a crack-addict, it would not change the fact that this sounds great. Gonna echo what everybody said, sounds wonderful.
Hey Saulo. Music is subjective. If Me doesn’t care for Paltrow’s voice, it’s their opinion, just like you have yours. The comment that wasn’t necessary was yours.
You’re close on the puppy-murderer, although she’s worse. She believes in abortion so she’s a baby murderer. Enough reason to not like her in my book.
Kari – really? You’re really going to put such a complex issue in such black-and-white terms?
Kari…(tsk-tsk) judgmental and vindictive make for a dull social life. Please lighten up a bit, okay?
Sounds beautiful. Great tribute to the original.
So what you’re telling me is that I won’t be buying this album?
